These Terms and Conditions apply to the Lover Jigsaw mobile application together with any related services (collectively, the "Application"). Throughout these Terms, the operator of the Application is referred to as the "Service Provider."
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the Application, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the Application.
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, the Service Provider grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use the Application on your personal mobile device for personal, non-commercial use.

· Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by applicable law.
· Create derivative works based on the Application.
· Use the Application in any unlawful manner.
The Application, including but not limited to its software, design, graphics, trademarks, logos, content, and branding, is owned by Lover Jigsaw and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership rights or licenses to use the Service Provider's trademarks, logos, or other intellectual property except as expressly permitted.
You must be at least the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction to use the Application.
If you are under the applicable age, your parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf before using the Application.
If the Application allows users to upload, post, or share content, you agree not to submit any content that:
· Violates any applicable law.
· Infringes intellectual property rights.
· Is abusive, threatening, defamatory, or harassing.
· Contains hate speech or discriminatory content.
· Promotes violence or illegal activity.
· Contains malware, spam, or phishing material.
· Violates another person's privacy.
· Contains misleading or fraudulent information.
· Contains explicit sexual or violent content unless specifically permitted.
The Service Provider reserves the right to remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

By submitting content through the Application, you grant the Service Provider a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, and distribute such content solely for operating, maintaining, and improving the Application.
If the Application offers auto-renewable subscriptions, payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account upon confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple ID Account Settings or Google Play Account Settings.
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when a subscription is purchased.
The Service Provider may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Application at any time without prior notice.
The Service Provider is not responsible for interruptions caused by internet connectivity, third-party services, device compatibility, maintenance, or events beyond its reasonable control.
The Service Provider may suspend or terminate your access to the Application if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
Where appropriate, the Service Provider may provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the violation before termination.
Upon termination, your right to use the Application immediately ends, and you must delete all copies of the Application from your devices.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service Provider shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, or data.
The Service Provider's total liability arising from the Application shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Application or related services during the preceding twelve (12) months, or the minimum amount required by applicable law, whichever is greater.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Service Provider from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your misuse of the Application or violation of these Terms.
Your use of the Application is also governed by the Privacy Policy made available within the Application or on the Service Provider's official website.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where the Service Provider is established, without regard to conflict of law principles.
The Service Provider may update these Terms from time to time.
Continued use of the Application after revised Terms become effective constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
